FLEXOGRAPHIC -> Sani-Blast
All Sani-Blast systems are automated. Using a proprietary sodium bicarbonate based media, applied at low pressure, dried ink and glue deposits are gently removed from the roll cells. Because the Sani-Blast system is automated the cleaning is precise, consistent, and efficient eliminating potential roll damage and inconsistent cleaning of manual methods.
Spent media is recovered into 5-gallon pails or 55-gallon drums and disposed of in any sanitary container. There is no need to recycle the media.
The proprietary sodium bicarbonate based media is classified as a food grade product and is 100% water-soluble.
